People ask me this all the time. Of course, I can’t speak for others, but my first year in real estate, I made a bit over $210,000, but I was in class most of the time, and didn’t really work at it. As I have learned the trade, my income continues to grow.
Now, I know you will run into the agent from time to time who says they make less than that. Don’t listen to them. They are losers Perhaps they are lazy. If “well-off” is the life-style you want, go for it.
A Small Fortune
If I had known just two or three additional things when I first started that I have since learned, I would have really made some money. That is the subject of another book I am working on. I’ll tell you when it’s coming out.
I am also considering adding a couple of interns to my staff this year, if anyone is interested.
